140th ANNUAL COMMUNICATION

RE: 140th ANNUAL COMMUNICATION
Sir and Brother:
The one hundred and fortieth Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of Manitoba will be held on Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th, 2015 at the Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites, 1800 Wellington Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. R3H 1B2.
On behalf of Grand Master, M.W. Bro. Stano S. Spina, may I extend our warm fraternal greetings and a cordial invitation for you and your lady to join with us for any or all of these events. The festivities will begin with a banquet on Thursday evening. There will be a public opening at 9:00 am Friday morning with the business of the jurisdiction taking up the remainder of the day. There will be another banquet on Friday evening.
Saturday morning will be taken up primarily with the presentation of awards and honours, the farewell speech from our Grand Master and the reception of the report of the Elections Committee. The open installation of the Grand Lodge officers will commence at approximately 1:00 pm.
RW Bro Church will be hosting an incoming Grand Master’s reception and celebration on the Saturday evening.
Please complete the Registration Form and return to the office no later than Thursday, May 28th so that we may have all the arrangements completed prior to the event.
We look forward to seeing you at several of these events.
